Helena Gibbs, Executive Director
Helena has been an employee of Delmarva Clergy for over 18 years and was moved to the Executive Director's position in 2001. She has dedicated her life to helping those around her by being a foster parent and a certified Surrogate Parent. Helena worked as an instructor in the Cape Henlopen School District for 24 years instructing children with
learning disabilities and ADHD. She covered multi-levels of classroom objectives such as mathematics, reading, language arts and spelling. Helena also is the Assistant Coordinator with the HOSTS Program for language arts, she assisted with the after school program to improve DSTP testing, supervised contract support with Delmarva Clergy United in Social Action Foundation education department, reduced employee turnovers, introduced two-way communication to field volunteers, spearheads the employee meetings, supervises directors, and she monitors and evaluates all Delmarva Clergy's programs. Helena currently holds an Associates Degree in Theology, an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is certified in Financial Management (non-profit), Water Operating, Grant Writing, and Proactive Teaching. Helena is also working towards a Bachelors Degree in Arts for Early Childhood Education and an Associates Degree in Human Services.
  Kristy Gibbs, Assistant Executive Director
Kristy has been an intricate part of Delmarva Clergy for numerous years. Since being employed by the company she has received skills in grant writing, clerical and customer service. Kristy has furthered her education by taking trainings in customer service, telephone sales, secretary, certified nursing assistant and is currently taking classes to obtain an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Kaplan University.
  Natisha Austin, Executive Secretary
Natisha is the newest employee of Delmarva Clergy. She came to the company very qualified for the position. Natisha has an Associates Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Woodridge Business Institute in Salisbury, Maryland as well as 5 years of experience in record-keeping and administration.
  Coleen Murrar, Assistant Executive Secretary
Coleen began working at Delmarva Clergy in November 2008. She uses her pervious experience as a business owner to help build up the company. Coleen is currently furthering her education through Kaplan University to obtain a degree in Business Management.
  Elizabeth Williams, Finance Manager & Childcare Director
Elizabeth plays more than one role within Delmarva Clergy. Before accepting the position of Finance Manger in 2001, Elizabeth successfully operated her own daycare. In 2006, she began directing DCUSA Hand in Hand Childcare Center. Elizabeth has received many certificates and trainings including certifications in Early Childhood and Computer Software.
