Delmarva Clergy currently has positions available for:

  • Recreation Program Director - To provide quality leadership and encourage membership and participation for multiple program scopes. Oversee youth focused, school age programs. To develop programming that is culturally diverse, interesting and relevant to the specific age group. Manage, sustain and grow program scope. Develop and supervise programs and project staff and volunteers, provide care and supervision of all attendees.
  • Building Manager - Maintain physical operation by conducting inspection of grounds, buildings; obtaining bids; contracting for and supervising landscaping, repair, overseeing repairs, completing and monitoring contracts, coordinating requirements with city and service providers such as telephone, electric, water, and planned renovations.
  • Senior Program Coordinator - Shift:Day; Primary Responsibilities: Provide oversight and coordination for multiple projects and manage program assistants assigned to projects. Assure that the program objectives are being carried out in accordance with regualtions set for the program.
  • Housing Manager - Shift:9a-4p; Primary Responsibilities: Handle multiple aspects of all rental properties, rental space and lease agreements managed through program. Will distribute applications for housing and maintain waiting lists and referrals to/from other shelters.
  • Community Outreach Worker - Shift: Day; Primary responsibilities: Oversee educational programming. Networking with organizations through task force and coalition involvement.
