Terrance S. Neal, Sr., Secretary

Terrance Neal has been a member of the Board for 6 years and serves as the Secretary. While working at Eagle Group as a food service equipment manufacturer, he received Employee of the Month. He later resigned from his job to work full-time at Philadelphia Pentecostal Holiness Church were he is an ordained Deacon. He is excited to see an organization such as DCUSA doing so much work for the community.

Harold Truxon

Harold Truxon has been member on the Board of Delmarva Clergy United in Social Action, Inc. for over 5 years. He has received the Stanford Bratton Award from First State Community Action; the Southeast R/Cap Award in Roanoke, VA; and serves as President of the Ellendale Community Civic Association. He became of member of the Board to improve the quality of the lives of people.
 

William E. Downing, Sr.

William Downing, Sr. has been a member on the DCUSA Board for over 10 years. During his time he has also received his GED with 12 credits in Business Administration; obtained the Hope Maker’s Award; and run his own business successfully for 15 years. He became a member of the Board because he knew this organization was something he wanted to be a part of.
 

Russell Burton

Russell Burton has been on the Executive Board since DCUSA began. He was an excellent candidate for the board due to his outstanding work achievements. Before joining the Board, had over 15 years of experience as a manager in the poultry industry. Today, Russell holds certificated of achievement in Basic Spanish and Leadership. He is pleased to be a member of the Board and takes pride in DCUSA's achievements.

 

 
 
 

Anthony Taylor

Anthony Taylor has been a member on the Board for 2 years. He also works in the community building sprinkler systems; bus driver and a football coach. He joined the board because he liked the work that is being done and he enjoys helping people.
 

Sandra Green

Sandra Green is a member on the Board of Delmarva Clergy United in Social Action, Inc. She has served for 2 years. Aside from being a board member, she is also the President of the Missionary Committee at Gram AME in Greenwood, DE; the Vice President of Talk Out Loud; and the Resource Coordinator of Behind These Walls. She joined the DCUSA Board because she wanted to help those in need.
